Winemaker Comments:
There are certain vineyards in California that have an
unmistakable charm and mystique. DCV3 is one such vineyard. This
unique place lays claim to the first Sauvignon Blanc planting in
the Dry Creek Valley. On the palate, lemon peel, grapefruit, and
herbal flavors are followed by bright acidity and steely,
mineral notes. The finish is long lasting, never dull. This is a
distinctive wine from a very special place in the Dry Creek
Valley.
