The 2005 vintage of our Pinot Noir is an elegant wine, displaying complex fresh fruit aromas of raspberry, cherry, and cola. After several minutes in the glass, more subtle hints of pepper and exotic earthy spice characters are revealed. On the palate, the wine offers layers of intense raspberry, cherry, and caramel flavors with more nuanced vanilla and earthy elements mixed in. Soft, rich, and full-bodied, this wine is impressive for its length and purity of fruit on the finish and should cellar for the next five years.
